I feel Charlie and the crew do an awesome job. There are many ways to teach/show people how to do everything. I HAVE BENIFITTED HUGE by taking their courses ! I have been playing for 30 years on and off. I can be an awesome parrot, I can learn songs from tab. Play the solo's and and rhythm. Coming up with my own licks and chops was a little difficult, until I joined Guitar mastery method. I feel this site is better than most. I have tried a couple others and felt this was the best for me. I highly recommend this site for the very beginner. I feel that you can't go wrong with these guys.

Thank you so much for sharing your incredible feedback! We’re finally active on Trustpilot, and it’s amazing to see such positive words about your experience with GMM. It’s inspiring to hear how much you’ve grown as a guitarist, even after playing for 30 years on and off. Helping members go from simply playing tabs to creating their own licks and chops is exactly what we aim to do, and we’re thrilled that the courses have made such a big impact on your playing. Your recommendation means the world to us, and it’s great to know that you’ve found GMM to be the best fit for your journey after trying other options. Thank you for being a part of our community and for trusting us to guide you along the way. If there’s ever anything we can do to support you further, feel free to reach out at [email protected]. Never ending multiple daily emails
If you want multiple emails a day, and to try to be ‘lead’ into paying $27 a month this is for you I’m sure there is some great content, but no ‘support tickets’ get replied to, and this seems just an endless way to try and sucker you into a monthly payment plan The one thing I did pay for, they took the money and then advised the order hadn’t gone through and to pay again Not for me

We’re finally active on Trustpilot, and we’re sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with GMM. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we want to address them directly. We sincerely apologize if our email frequency felt overwhelming or if our offers came across as pushy. We strive to provide value through our content and offerings, but it’s clear that this approach didn’t align with your expectations. Your feedback is incredibly helpful as we work to improve communication and strike a better balance for our members. It’s also deeply concerning to hear about the issue with your order and the lack of response to your support tickets. I can assure you we have a support team who is always checking tickets, our average response time is 9 hours and 13 minutes. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’d like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can investigate the issue and ensure you’re refunded or your order is fulfilled as I could not find your name connected to any support tickets. We’re truly sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. Wishing you all the best on your guitar journey.

The guys are not teachers
The guys are not teachers, and if you need a "teacher", you are in the wrong place. But if you get their online videos, and the source material that goes with them, you will have a baseline that you can use to learn or improve your craft. Note of caution: If you are a novice, or a raw beginner, this course is not for you. They are all excellent guitarist, and can really shred, but as I said in the beginning, they are NOT "teachers". I do believe that they are too expensive for a beginner but if you are a player already, you can benefit. I wasted a lot of money trying their "method", but couldn't really keep up. That's on me. It was a bad choice for "me", a novice beginner. I like my "Fender Play courses a lot better.

First they're not all that bad BUT…
First they're not all that bad BUT DON'T FALL IT! They have all this equipment, guitars, and BS storyline about what a great success he is. The truth of it is it's got training courses shore but it's also a massive billing scam. "I see you signed up twice so you got billed twice.Chat later." "Cancel any time you like!" "Money back guarantee within the first 60 Days guaranteed." It's all 100% BS!

Ethical customer service!
I enjoyed the videos on YouTube so signed up for bass lessons. I did get the free cheat sheet right away but had to cancel because I don’t play a standard bass but a U-bass. None of the lessons applied to me. However, their customer service was excellent and promptly answered my email, understanding it was not the right program for me.

Recommended content for polishing your skills
As a beginner, I came across their ad on social media and got excited about what it promised. I signed up for the Ultimate Guitarist Blueprint course for some 40 USD and I am quite happy with the content. Most of the lessons are hosted by Eddie, who is a nice bloke, his expressions are clear and straight to the point. I have completed 19% of this course and gained much knowledge so far. As you are granted lifetime access to the courses bought, you can revisit them whenever you want. The only thing I was dissatisfied with is the ridiculous e-mails you receive before and after the sign-up, they are overwhelming and cheap. Luckily, you can opt out any time, so I am not getting them anymore. I have not had any issues, they did not steal my money, they did what they promised.
