After focusing on an available home for sale, Guild Mortgage came recommended through a high-end realtor. Although their office is remotely located in a larger city, the service I received was top notch. I've purchased property before in another state utilizing a local bank's mortgage processor, which was very personalized and efficient. Guild Mortgage was a similar experience. Their communication by phone or email was prompt and straightforward. I worked with one dedicated assistant the whole way through, who was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and connected seamlessly with the realtor and title company to complete all of the necessary documentation to complete the purchase of the home.
