More trouble than its worth.
Don't waste your money! I had purchased a plan with them specifically to cover my expensive adjustable bed I purchased at Mattress Warehouse. The plan clearly states it is just for the Rize adjustable bed. I contacted them and started a painfully slow process that appeared to be designed to make it as difficult as possible to file a claim. You have to fill out an online form, submit pictures and documents online and then print everything out and mail it within a short period of time or your claim will be voided. Anyway, I did everything they requested and after a few months and plenty of emails and calls (from me to them and Mattress warehouse) they sent out a technician to fix my bed. He said it needed a new control box (which I already knew by doing troubleshooting). After about another month, Guardsman sent me an email claiming that they had ordered the part and that I should allow 8 weeks for the part to come in. After not hearing anything for over 8 weeks I contacted them again. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I was told that they decided that they would not cover the part, but only the technician. They told me that I had to buy the part and then call them again and they would send out a technician to install it. The part is expensive, and that is why I bought their worthless policy. I guess if I didn't call them I would have never heard from them again. They could have told me that they weren't covering it 8 weeks earlier. Please never do business with this horrible company!!!!
