Absolutely shocking service! Anybody who takes out a policy be prepared to wait over 12 months ! Your basically wasting £250 . Fobbed off with different reasons ie lost or not received claim form ,having issue with suppliers , have no record of suppliers sending parts, etc etc etc .what a shambles of a company. Just not good enough.

Total scam of a company they do not honor anything.

The service is awful. Schedule an appointment never got confirmation. I had to call service provider myself only to find out he never received appointment. Contacted Warranty Co only to get the run around. Canceled my doctor's appointment for this one. Ask to speak to supervisor no one wanted to transfer me. I was told I could call other providers myself. What is their job. Will buy Best Buy for Geek Squad. This company sucks.

Absolutely dreadful. I purchased a sofa for my extension. I was told by furniture village if I took out a guardsman policy and anyone stained it and the stain couldn’t be removed, that the sofa would be replaced. This is a total fib. They came out to try and get two small marks out of my new sofa and the marks couldn’t be removed. They offered two new covers out of the 4. Of course they won’t guarantee they will match. What use us that, you are better off keeping the stains. They do not replace the sofa as I was told at all. I feel I was sold the policy under false pretences. No use paying the huge cost for the policy, what a waste.

Scamm all around they honor nothing they advertise in their pamphlet purchased through Nebraska furniture Mart and nothing is covered took 4 months to get their results

My recliner has stopped working, I’ve been trying for 2 days to get in contact with this useless company. Website is giving me this run around, I’ve emailed them - no response & I’ve tried numerous times to ring but I keep being cut off. I bought my sofa & recliner in DFS in Galway, another useless company, avoid both at all costs

Zero stars. I paid $100 for stain protection for a sofa for nothing. They, of course, told me that they do not cover that specific type of stain. This is not a fair and honest way of doing business. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this company. They scheduled a time with us for the technician to come out that led to us rearranging our schedule. After scheduling they cancelled saying the technician could not do the repair. I don't understand this as they took the job and the repairs were not that complicated. Also, not pleasant to deal with on the phone or by email.
