If the business you purchase your furniture from offers you a Guardsman Protection Plan, save your money and tell them no. This company is a complete joke and a scam. I filed two claims within the first year of the furniture purchase and each time they responded I'm out of the coverage time frame. I purchased a 4 year plan.

If I could give a double zero I would.Ive been dealing with them for 20 years.no issues. I guess covid made them tryfling. Oct 22.I submitted a claim.today is 2023.i sent 5 times.they claim they got the last one.They act like they don't know what is going on.abd they just throwing claims away .when i asked for their corporate number they said they dont have it.Really.They don't let you talk to a supervisor either.scammers.Im done with the warranty. I'll take my chances

This is a complete scam. I have been working with them to get my couches fixed for 5 weeks now and they keep asking for the same information over and over again. I think someone needs to sue them

I’m truly shocked by reading these reviews wish i had read them before taking out this policy i bought my sofa from dfs got a stain on them had jump through hoops for weeks on end sent someone out three times only to be told sorry we can’t deal with your claim so many people have been let down by this company I’m shocked that a big company like dfs are still using them they will do anything to not pay out

I filed a claim on December 2nd 2022 for a red stain on my white couch. They denied the claim and when I finally got someone on the phone they hung up on me. Do not purchase from them.

If I had read these reviews b4 I purchased this policy I would not have wasted my $. I don’t usually give negative reviews but in this case I don’t have a choice. Purchased my dining set at Haverty furniture in nc. I am a family guy a big entertainer so naturally I thought this would be good. I placed a request for a damaged dining armchair over 2 wk ago. They made me jump through hoops. Did that. They have not reached out to me. I have called them several times same bull answer ask for a supervisor oh he is not available how comical. If it wasn’t for the Christmas holiday & my good sprit I wouldn’t be this calm. Looks like I have to fix this myself. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SO CALLED PROTECTION PLAN IS A SCAM. ITS A RIP OFF DONT BE FOOLED BY THE SALES PEOPLE.
