Guardian Protection Products is a SCAM, do not waste your money. They deny all claims and use the excuse that the issues are not covered under the insurance plan even though it clearly states they are.

Guardian Protection Plan is the WORST WORST plan out there. Please note, I am not screaming at the customers or who ever read this; however, I am screaming at how AWFUL Guardian Protection PLAN is to every customer who purchase this plan. For example, The Room Place use Guardian Protection Plan. I am begging you to not purchase the warranty which is Guardian Protection Plan. The furniture is nice, just not the warranty. I cannot stress this enough. They will come up with every excuse to deny you, and trust me, you will get denied.GUARDIAN PROTECTION PLAN SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

what every you mention on the claim their answer is same "The damage you have reported is not eligible for coverage under your protection plan." This is totally a SCAM!!! while buying they say all are covered and when you ask for coverage you got nothing but frustration.

NEVER purchase a plan from this company. First, Bob’s “technician” came in to access the chair. He couldn’t do anything and gave me a phone number to Guardian to call. I had to repeatedly chat and email them. They then declined to cover because I didn’t know how the damage occurred. Just because I do not know HOW it happened does not mean an accident didn’t happen. This decision “is final”, do not contact us again. Tomorrow I am going to Bob’s and continue the search for a solution. Guardian are scammers! 3/3/‘21 I went into Bob’s where I purchased my chair in October. I was told that the “technician” never should have told me to turn it over to Guardian, it was covered by warranty. I am receiving a new replacement chair and if I ever have another issue I was told to contact the store first, not claims.

Bobs Furniture goof proof scam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have to be the worst company ever! We had an accident with our furniture and they say they cover accidents but they don't. They give you the run around frustrate you and hope you give up! They have the worst customer service and this is the reason I will NEVER shop at Bob Furniture again!!!!!!!!!

Ripped off. When I was sold the policy I was told that pet damage was covered. Today they tell me to read the fine print. They cover nothing. Not worth the money to purchase Guardian! A Scam!

Worst company ever!!! They will not replace my $3000 sectional as it is ripped and torn and stained. I was told it was covered and got the run around that it’s not now. Wow it took 3 months for them to give me an answer when I had to call and ask what the holdup was. I will never buy another piece of furniture if they are warranted by GUARDIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll know next time to just throw $3g out the window if I’m going to buy anything with them attached.

I purchased my sofa through Bobs furniture. They sold me the goof proof insurance though guardian. Just after a year the motor in the center recliner stopped working at all and in an odd position with the head rest arched all the way forward) The end recliner started malfunctioning almost immediately afterwards. My claim was denied Ticket#7435597. I now have a $1600 couch that is garbage and mostly unusable.
