DO NOT PURCHASE THE GUARDIAN FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN! I have purchased this for two Jonathan and Drew power reclining leather couches and chair from Rooms To Go for about $500. I have put in two claims so far and been denied both. One is for a very large blue stain on the seat of the couch. The stain is large over a square foot and will not come off with the provided cleaner. I am beyond frustrated and will never purchase furniture from a store that sells a protection plan again. I am beyond frustrated. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND THROW AWAY MONEY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY THAT IS USELESS. I would rate negative stars if I could

We purchased a sectional from Rooms to go and they talked us into this horrible warranty. Our couch has snags and the pillows are coming apart at the seams. They state its not covered. Rooms to go needs to replace this joke of a warranty company. The sales associates really press this warranty without really knowing what they are talking about. My couch isn’t even 1.5 years old and it has to be covered to protect it. What a joke this is.

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. It takes weeks just to get a claim approved, and all I seem to receive are emails saying there are additional delays. The inspector told me the report was submitted on July 2. I was informed that it would take approximately five business days to process, yet as of July 9, I'm still waiting and can't get a clear answer or meaningful update on the status of my claim. To make matters worse, I spent nearly two hours on hold trying to reach someone. The automated recording repeatedly stated that the estimated wait time was "greater than five minutes," but I never received any real assistance. The customer service experience has been just as disappointing as the claims process. The lack of communication and the constant delays have made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I'm relieved that Bob's Furniture now uses a different warranty company. Unfortunately, because I purchased my couch several years ago and also bought the protection plan, I'm still stuck dealing with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

- Team not responsive. - Retailer determined the products were covered under warranty and eligible for credit and/or replacement immediately after purchase. The items were defective (example - non-repairable misalignment in sofa structure). - Additional issues accumulated over time, so we reached out to obtain a credit / replacement under warranty. - Warranty dismissed our claim on the later issue (ripped electrical cord) and is ignoring the fact that the sofa was deemed defective right after purchase. The company appears to be avoiding responsibility by focusing on a later issue while ignoring the original defect that was identified immediately after purchase and deemed warranty-eligible. We are respectfully requesting full credit for the affected sofa/recliner.

Just like everyone said. I was sold on a lifetime warranty turned out it was a 5 year warranty. Our couch started sinking. We reported it. A guy came out a month later. Said we needed a part. Got the part. A month later a guy rescheduled saying he was in an accident. 2 weeks later he randomly shows up, gets the part on halfway and leaves with the job undone, took the connector piece for my sectional, and left his drill. Fast forward to today and after pics of the damage, they said I had zero coverage when I still have 2 years on my coverage. Absolute shit service. I’ll never buy from Ashley furniture again and I’ll never deal with guardian again either.

Warning don’t get a warranty through Guardian protection products they will not clean your furniture nor give you a replacement. So your warranty on furniture is no good and it’s a waste of time. I got my furniture through Rooms to Go, so I both companies has lost my business. Not loyal nor trustworthy to customers. Warranty and sales representatives are big liars!!!
