My experience was wonderful, but all because of Danny who I dealt with on the phone. He was patient understanding and very kind!

An employee named Carlos was very helpful and patient. I thought my appt was tomorrow but it was yesterday. I was quite upset when my car wouldn’t start , So Carlos talked me through the process and provided me with a code. He scheduled an appointment for me so I went to Easton but the wrong place. I had to call again and Cory, I think was his name got me through quickly . I finally found the new place and the young lady was nice and got my Interlock calibrated and I paid and was all done

If I could do less stars I would. Horrible with communication and the instalation messed my car up and they won't reimburse me for money spent to find out it was their device that messed it up
