Please know that you will get an email anytime autopay is due to run because it will still create an invoice. That email is automated and can't access specific account details, like a credit, to let you know that nothing will come off the card. Please know that you will get an email each time, but it will only take money off your card once any credits are depleted. I understand, and we're sorry for the misunderstanding. Sales agents aren't able to help once the device is installed. However, we have even more service agents who are available to help once you're installed. Just give us a call at 800-634-3077.
