This was our first experience with GST
This was our first experience with GST, selecting and tiling our bathroom floor that was last done in 1953. Caroline was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very patient with us. The floor came out great and we're very happy with it and looking forward to our next project. The showroom is beautiful and all working for GST is very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Again.

Very satisfied
Our contractor sent us to this tile store. We were very happy he did. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the design of our new shower. It turned out wonderfully and the tile is fantastic.

company charged a fuel surcharge on end …
company charged a fuel surcharge on end bill should of put on original estimate. could not return full box of tile because I was told that lot of that tile was not in stock any more did return with in 30 days.
Response from Garden State TileAug 4, 2017
We regret that our industry fosters an energy surcharge. When dealing with vast suppliers from all over the world, it's the most practical solution to a constantly changing market. Any formal quotation we create will always have this small fee represented. We see a credit was issued on your behalf so if there remains any issue on the return, please reach out to [email protected]. We appreciate your feedback!

The customer service was exceptional …
The customer service was exceptional and we could not be happier with the product. We have gotten compliments on our kitchen tile floor from many people--including the installer who was impressed and has been laying tile for 30 years.
