Wonderful Selection
Wonderful selection, but confusion and incorrect items ordered a few times . Was told they have a high turn over of employees

Not pleased
Not pleased, unable to return a tile that I can not use. GST should be willing to make a cash customer happy.

Unfortunately, most of our vendors do not take returns on special order material and in reviewing your order, the material you purchased was a non-stock special order item. First experience was very good!
First experience was very good! The next time I went in, not one person would help me, even when I asked and acted like I was bothering them. Apparently sitting at a desk was hard labor. I left and decided I would spend my money elsewhere.

The tile itself is fine
The tile itself is fine, the ordering person did not allow for breakage so had to order more for floor and shower walls. Remember the 10% over rule!

Hi Lynn - we apologize that you did not have enough material. Since we do not install the material, we normally leave the calculation up to the installer since they know the particulars of the job. We will make sure to mention to all our Design Sales Consultants to mention that upon order entry and confirm the amounts have allowed for cutting and layout.

Good Experience
Michelle’s customer service was great. I just wish you had a more linient return policy. We bought 2-3 boxes more than we needed and now we are stuck with them. Will be going to Lowe’s or Home Depot in the future just because of this.

Do your homework before…
Make sure you do your homework before purchasing, they have lots of different materials available, some work better together than others. Not a lot of help from salespeople in this area, you better know the difference between materials beforehand.

Overall they seemed friendly and…
Overall they seemed friendly and helpful in person, but it was like pulling teeth to get updated on an order and then on issues with the order after that via email and phone. I was waiting on a bathroom project for the special order tile I bought from them and honestly I don’t think they would have ever called me to let me know it was in I called them at 3:15 pm and they said it was there and I needed to be there by 4:30 on a weekday to get it. I work over an hour from there and could not get there until Monday so it waited until the following week. My contractor would not pick it up because he had a bad experience with them where he feels they overcharged him for grout which he then just got cheaper at Home Depot. Overall Lorenza was friendly and helpful and let me borrow samples, but the follow up was challenging.
