Stuck with tile
Was not told I could not return tile I ordered , so now I am stuck with it. Bad way to start off with a company.

Hello Cindi. We apologize for any miscommunication on the product that was purchased. There are certain items that we cannot take back depending on the product, some of that are sale items that are marked down as clearance and other times it might be material that the vendor will not take back. I visited at referral of the retirement…
I visited at referral of the retirement community to which I was moving. The salesman led me to believe that the choices I made for kitchen and bath were, indeed, within the allowance monies approved by the retirement home. They were not. By the time I was told the full cost of what was an expensive upgrade, I was disappointed and completely shocked.

Questionable Help
The tile is good, but the support we received was not. We were looking for a turn key design of our new Master Bathroom and we had to come back an additional 3-4 times based that they did not supply enough tile on the original design and quote. So my cost was much higher than originally budgeted.

How’s my nails?
The girl that helped us as we walked in the door was not very helpful. Looking for back splash material and she walked us to a stand of samples and walked away. Anytime we had a question we had to go back to her desk. We thought she was a designer. She was more interested in her nails. We brought samples of granite and cabinets to help. We went to Arley in Scranton and was taken care of by an attentive designer

Not good communication
Not good communication, I had to call multiple times asking when my tile would be in even though it was supposed to be in stock. You tried to charge me extra transfer fees because one tile was not in stock at local store. I now have way too much floor tile and barely had enough shower tile.

I purchased some tile for my fire…
I purchased some tile for my fire place. Once it was delivered to my contractor he asked why would they sell you sich a heavy tile. He asked us to return it and get something else. Graden State would not except the return or exchange. It is sitting in our garage. I will not be a return customer.😞😟 disappointed!

Terrible experience
The tile I ordered on line was all in stock at the Savannah store, but it took almost 4 weeks to get the order. I went in twice and spoke with someone. First time they told me it would arrive that Sunday and be able to pick on Monday. I was also told that the tile was in stock in Jacksonville, and I could drive to get it. It did not arrive on Sunday nor did they call to let me know it was not in. Second time, there was no more help than before and I asked for a manager to handle it. The manager called and had the tile FedExed from Jacksonville to my house. When we received it, we went in to pick up the rest of the order and were told it had already been filled. We are 5 weeks behind schedule putting our bathroom back together because we have been waiting for the tile. The selection of time is great, but I wouldn't use this store again.

Overpriced…
Shopped around and found better quality tile for 50% less than quoted price at GS Tile.
