Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the showroom to delivery of the product. I am a professional in the development and construction industry and was so turned off by the 3 other tile showrooms nearby where I was totally ignored or met with a "I can't be bothered" attitude. My clients keep tile companies in business and so when you ignore me - do you think I am going to send my clients to you?! Salespeople give the first and lasting impression. If they don't care - the customer needs to find a better tile company. The salesperson at GST was attentive and professional, helpful in terms of advising and offering additional options and then sent me on my way with a sample. I placed my order within 24 hours and received it when it was promised. Well done! I highly recommend GST.
