We were doing a gut/rehab on a 2 family brownstone and needed to tile a total of four bathrooms and two kitchens. It was an overwhelming experience to say the least. We had Maria as our consultant, and with her knowledge and expertise, were able to turn it into an enjoyable experience. We told her what we were interested in, and after a few hours of sitting down with us, we had everything ordered and ready for delivery in less than two weeks. They had a great selection for us to choose from, and all reasonably priced. I highly recommend GST and Maria.

Garden State Tile never fails us. Their price points and product selection are super, but more important, the customer service is exemplary. In particular, Bob Farrell, our rep, and Tina Pintavalle, our in house support, work together to provide a level of service that is above and beyond any company I work with on a regular basis. We all know the issues - broken tile, delayed ETAs, missing material, add-ons - and how those issues are handled makes all the difference for our clients. The team at GST addresses all concerns immediately, and creates the best game plan to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, regardless of cost or inconvenience - how refreshing! If you aren't working with Garden State Tile yet, you should add them to your roster! I wholeheartedly endorse them for both product lines and service.

Garden State Tile offered excellent customer service along with great products and selection with a recent bathroom remodel. Michele Simkulak, Design Consultant, offered many different scenarios for tile designs and layout options and always willing to share her knowledge. It was refreshing to know that excellent customer service still exists. My sincere thanks to Michele for making this remodel painless!
