very pleased
The designer (at no charge) was extremely helpful. She stayed after hours. The selection is very good, but not overwhelming Merchandise was shipped when promised to building site.

Thanks Marcia for sharing your experience. We try to make sure we have enough product to satisfy everyone's taste and needs but not so much it becomes overwhelming. We are also glad we were able to get the material to the job site when needed and everything went well.

Even from Out-of-Town, GST was excellent!
I was visiting from out of town and walked by the Philadelphia Garden State Tile store. I absolutely had to have the tile in the window, but I live in Florida! They were very helpful on the phone and communicating via email. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and I'm thrilled with the result. I was even kept apprised when my tile was back-ordered by 2 weeks.

Awesome to work with.
Garden state tile took our ideas and found options to fit our budget and specific style quickly. Jessica was awesome to work with as we could be flexible dividing up our order and working through the delivery process. Love the tile and all selections after install as well. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Garden State Tile…
I highly recommend Garden State Tile especially sales representative Rose. We shopped all of the local chain and specialty stores in the area and finally settled with them. Rose made our decision to purchase at GS Tile, an ease one. She was patient, knowledgeable and creative. We could not be happier with our purchase and will absolutely be back. -Karen & Tom Mitchell

I worked with Alexandra who was very nice, friendly and unpretentious. I think you need a larger range of products. I went to 5 other,showrooms 2 had a much larger selection than you have but I did not like the sales staff. Alexandra was very accommodating

We try to have a broad range of product and sometimes with our space limitations, we can't show everything in a display, but certainly can find you whatever you might be looking for in the future.
