Unbelievable selections to choose from…
Unbelievable selections to choose from and the friendliest and nicest staff. Made the whole kitchen remodel easier. Hardest part was picking just one! Definitely recommend them. We will be back!

So glad to hear that you had so many choices that would have worked in your project! We do try to make sure our selection includes both with classic and on trend styles. Looking forward to seeing you on the next renovation.

Great Selection
Good sales staff and great selection of tile. Would have been 5 stars, but we had trouble getting some of our order.
Response from Garden State TileFeb 11, 2019
We apologize for any issues you experienced in us getting you the full order in the time frame specified. We try hard to make sure that this does not happen, and unfortunately we fell short in this case. Please continue to visit our showroom for any future renovations so that we can get to 5 star service with you.

Customer Experience Concerns Addressed!
My initial review was 2-3 stars. I visited the showroom in November/December 2018. I spent over an hour with the sales person to review my new kitchen back splash design needs. She said she was ordering samples for me and I have never heard back from her again! It is now February 2019. I guess my need for design assistance and follow through was not important to Garden State Tile in Berlin. I am a designer and my personal customer experience with GST and their follow up are disappointing. Since sharing my concerns, GST has been extremely responsive, apologetic, and they quickly took the time to address my concerns which is very much appreciated. It's great to know that GST takes customer experience reviews very seriously and are responsive to them. We are back on track. Thank you!

We apologize for the lack of follow up and will certainly get in touch with the location to ensure this does not happen again. Please reach out to me for any future needs and I can get in touch with the manager to make sure you are given the highest level of service that we try to provide to every customer. My cell phone is 609-505-0939 or you can reach me via email @ [email protected]
