The tile itself is fine
The tile itself is fine, the ordering person did not allow for breakage so had to order more for floor and shower walls. Remember the 10% over rule!

Hi Lynn - we apologize that you did not have enough material. Since we do not install the material, we normally leave the calculation up to the installer since they know the particulars of the job. We will make sure to mention to all our Design Sales Consultants to mention that upon order entry and confirm the amounts have allowed for cutting and layout.

The order showed up on time and…
The order showed up on time and complete as ordered. Tiles were great quality and we are very happy with it installed on our master bathroom. Abbey was very helpful and easy to work with!

Beautiful showroom and knowledgeable as well as pleasant staff in Charleston. Concerns about delivery were outstanding. I suspect all their branches are efficient too.
