Sarah was so helpful in assisting me in picking out our tile back splash. I brought in a sample of our granite counter top, told her what I was thinking & how much I wanted to spend She brought back samples that were right on target & after bringing home a couple of tiles I chose one that she had suggested. It looks beautiful!!

The tile is good, but the support we received was not. We were looking for a turn key design of our new Master Bathroom and we had to come back an additional 3-4 times based that they did not supply enough tile on the original design and quote. So my cost was much higher than originally budgeted.

We try to make sure that we can assist in a positive way to make sure these things don't happen, and apologize that we did not hit the mark this time. Please contact me if you would like to discuss so I can get some further information and find out where we went wrong in the ordering process. The girl that helped us as we walked in the door was not very helpful. Looking for back splash material and she walked us to a stand of samples and walked away. Anytime we had a question we had to go back to her desk. We thought she was a designer. She was more interested in her nails. We brought samples of granite and cabinets to help. We went to Arley in Scranton and was taken care of by an attentive designer

This is very disappointing for us to hear that you were not treated well during your visit. As it does not say which location you visited, I would like to speak with you for more detail so that we can see how to rectify this situation as we would love it if you would give us another try on the next project. My cell phone # is 609-505-0939 and my email address is [email protected] and look forward to hearing from you. We do pride ourselves on providing a high level of service and would like to be able to show you that.
