FLEXIBILITY AND EASE
The quickness of filling up my calendar, scheduling clients, billing and note submission. The flexibility. Great way to have life/work balance.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Grow has been amazingly helpful; in starting my practice. I was onboarded and started seeing patients within 2 months (and a large part of that was simply due to the holidays). I stand by that Grow was truly made for therapists. I tried other similar platforms and they were not nearly as supportive of the therapists. My only downside is not receiving as many in-person referrals as I would like.

Easy to onboard, good pay rates, handle insurance paneling, and bonuses.

Easy process to get started and good rates.

I like the flexibility of Grow and that I am not required to put in or a lot for a certain number of hours per week, I can adjust as the needs of my practice change.

I really enjoy working for Grow. The platform is easy to use for sessions, billing and scheduling. The hours are set by me to work around my schedule. Overall, I really enjoy my experience and look forward to continue on.

Grow Therapy has been a great partner in private practice. They have the best rates out there for most insurances, credentialing happens quickly, and the platform is easy to use. Once my profile was ready, I had clients book with me immediately. The support of staff has been prompt, and the community forum is a nice bonus.
