I'm a relatively new contractor with grow therapy and I have been pleased with the company thus far. I feel strongly supported by the administrative staff there their responsive to my questions and concerns appropriately.

I have just recently signed on with Grow Therapy -- I am an LCSW / therapist . SO far they have made the process easy. The on-boarding team is on top of thing -- very prompt and helpful

I was new to the virtual world of therapy and finding Grow Therapy has been a blessing. I have the freedom to create the work-life balance that I've been wanting to have for years without sacrificing adequate compensation. I've found out that the platform they use is very user-friendly, which is something that I was nervous about at the beginning because I'm not tech savvy. The support staff has been very responsive and helpful. I also love how easy it has been to transfer my own clients to this platform and that I don't have to worry about the administrative part of the job. So, it's been a good experience for me overall.

I have loved the experience of working with Grow and being a part of the online community that they have for providers. As an independent contractor working only telehealth, it can be easy to feel disconnected. Learning to use their platform has been easy and if needed there is support and training. I am even receiving referrals to help fill gaps in my schedule.

The credentialing process was not as long as I thought. The young lady Whitney was up front at the very beginning and she was so helpful through out the process. She answered all my questions and assisted me when I needed. The community that they have created at grow Therapy is great very supportive group which is so helpful when create your practice. Overall I am very please and grateful to the organization.

Grow allows me to have a flexible schedule. My first week I got a good amount of referrals and I filled up pretty quickly.

I’ve been with Grow for 3 or 4 months now and have had a wonderful experience thus far. The staff have been responsive and helpful at every turn and clients report feeling very comfortable using the platform. As a contract therapist, it’s really hard to find a place that doesn’t feel like you’re getting dropped off in the middle of the desert with no direction but Grow has shown a true commitment to making sure everyone has all the tools to succeed. The pay is very competitive and based on license/state. Hours are completely up to the therapist, billing and credentialing with insurance are made incredibly easy, and the platform is super easy to use. They are always improving and take suggestions well, which is a nice change of pace for those of us who have worked in state/county agencies forever.
