The systems are user friendly. They pay consistently and on time. I have flexibility over my schedule and can see as many or as few clients as I like. The community is very interactive if you need advice.

I've been with Grow for a few months now. I'm very impressed with how they offer support to therapists. Grow Therapy's team has been timely in answering questions and keeping me updated about credentialing with major insurance plans. Their reimbursement rates are the best I've seen. I like the videos and articles that are available, through onboarding. There's an online community, that you can join, based on your state of licensure or interest. They offer forms and assessments to assist providers but dictate your treatment planning process. Grow Therapy focuses on marketing, billing and support. It's truly a partnership versus working for a company. They handle their part and you focus on being the clinician you want to be. Each provider sets their rates for private pay clients, as well as the no show fee (within reason). I'm very optimistic about continuing to work with Grow Therapy.

I was able to onboard with Grow Therapy within two week, complete my profile in an hour and set times for a my schedule. The treatment plan template was helpful when entering notes. After this is complete you it a simple click of a button to invoice. The invoice will tell your expected payment date.

The control of your own schedule and the fact that they do billing for you. It's great if you value flexibility and don't want to do the business (i.e. billing, payment, etc...).

Grow Therapy made the stressful undertaking of starting my private practice incredibly smooth and efficient.
