I interviewed several companies to contract as a mental health practitioner. Grow Therapy seemed like the perfect fit for me and my private practice. The onboarding was easy. Their EHR system is intuitive and easy to use. As a California practitioner, I had two scheduled appointments scheduled with clients on the same day I set up my practitioner profile. Their compensation is great and I’ve been really happy being part of the Grow Team while I build my private practice. I highly recommend Grow for people interested in contracting as a mental health provider and looking for good compensation with an easy and flexible approach to building their practice.
