Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I like Grow Therapy because it allowed me to review profiles for numerous providers before selecting one to work with. The platform is easy to use.

I met the best therapist I’ve ever found in my lifetime. Dr. Fowler far exceeds even the best prior therapists I’ve seen — and I’ve seen a lot. Her talent, level of expertise, gentleness, kindness and affirming presence of all experiences and feelings (even if they may be very different than what she’s possibly heard) is beyond impressive. Thank you Grow Therapy for THE BEST THERAPIST, Dr. Fowler,
Velma S.
I have completed the onboarding process and the GT staff made it simple and seamless. One of the most pleasant onboarding experiences I've ever had.

Grow Therapy makes mental health treatment very accessible. Being able to manage my profile and schedule appointments online takes the hassle out of getting treatment.

Grow Therapy provides a variety of supportive and caring providers, so if you don't mesh well with your first provider, you can try a different one until you find the person you feel comfortable with. It's like getting a personal trainer - sometimes you need to try out one or two before you find the right match for you. I love that Grow Therapy gives you that agency and ability to pick the best person for you. The biggest factor for me initially was getting to speak with someone as quickly as possible so that I could receive the support I needed. Some companies have month long wait times or more, and when you're going through a tough time, sometimes you don't have a month to wait for support. That was not the case with Grow Therapy. I was able to speak to someone in just a couple of days. We all need support and help from time to time. The stigma around talking to a therapist needs to end. Just like we visit the dentist for a teeth cleaning or go to the barber or salon for a hair cut, we all need a check-in and support for our mind from time to time. Being a human is hard but we don't have to do it alone. So remember, you're not alone and there are people out there who want to help. If you're on the fence about getting the support you need, take the leap. You'll be so glad you did.
