Terrible experience!
Terrible experience!! The 1st therapist I chose put a wad of gum in her mouth (no reputable therapist would allow a client to focus their energy into a stick of gum. So, there's that). The #1 rule of therapy is to be stable for your client - Stephanie was nowhere near stable or capable. She has a lot of stuff to work through before she can ever take a client where they need to go... NOTHING says "I need to discharge my feelings" about your topic more than shoving a piece of gum in her mouth. If you like dealing with unprofessional "therapists," or being abandoned after finally connecting with one (not on a deeply connected level, but better than nothing at all), then Grow Therapy will work just fine. Grow Therapy seems like a representative example of the quality of therapy you'll receive bc they accept insurance. Do yourself a favor and pay the $ OOP for a therapist that doesn't deal with ins - you can thank me later.
