Improvement in some areas. Greatful for suggestions toward that improvement!
Good listener, provides techniques for improvement. Willing to suggest additional providers in the Grow Therapy Network.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Credentialling was a breeze. I scheduled my onboarding call and Monserrat answered all of my questions. I love that Grow provides a psychology today, marketplace, and zocdoc. (YAY MARKETING) You also have 2 weeks to submit your invoices. Grow takes care of the billing but you need to submit the invoice. You don't need to know a client's copay because billing takes care of that. You get paid every Friday and cash pay clients take up to one week to process and insurance payouts take up to 2 weeks to process. Also, Grow is free to join. They have the community portal but I can't give an accurate review on that because I don't have access yet. I'm optimistic about Grow though!

I felt like Grow Therapy matched me with the perfect therapist. Dr. Wilson has been the best therapist I've experienced in years. She listens intently and intelligently phrases questions in a heartfelt way. I feel my concerns are heard and she helps me sort through all the thoughts and emotions that I have a hard time dealing with.
