Learning to be positive
Talking out problems with someone is very helpful, everyone should get a resource to work with.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Sorry I am not sure what happened with the connection

The matches (therapists) made by GT for me to peruse, was wide-ranging but always choices who were pretty perfect for my personality: an old hippie pothead “chick”(yah, this “chick” is an old crow now LOL), over 65 (71) (over age 65 is poison to therapists evidently - who knew?), who gives off not a single whiff of MAGA-mindset, is incredibly in sync and empathetic already after first visit, and has no pearl-clutching at the varied and colorful vocabulary of a drunken sailor on shore leave I tend to have. What can I say - old hippies were the first really, in your face, f-bomb droppers and old habits die hard. I try to be a genteel old lady but I am so NOT. Cannot believe I am so lucky to have the therapist of my dreams.

Doing good with new therapist. Looking forward to next session.

I was a little apprehensive about online therapy after a previous experience with a different company, but so far my therapist has been wonderful. We are 4 sessions in and she truly helps me see things differently and consider the “why” and not just the results. The flexibility of scheduling appointments that I can take in the privacy of my home is really great, too.

Relatable. Always relatable. You have a friend who is patient and interested in your growth helping you with things you probably already know but need refreshed on and he admits he's not perfect and says "hey, ya know what? I'm encouraged by you to try that with my own family and my own path. THANK YOU." I'm not a therapy or church person or really that open to discussing what may be considered problems (by my wife and kids) but I'm feeling coached in my business and my family and friend relationships- and I now consider Kevin a friend as well- such that my growth is now something that is fairly noticeable. Thank you insurance, lol, and thank you Kevin particularly with our youngest and all of us in between.

I am 30 years old and this was my first ever therapy session, to be honest it was calm, progressive, solution oriented, and i am looking forward to my next appointment.

Easy to use and found what I was looking for.
