I appreciate that I have so many options to pick a therapist that truly feels like a good fit. After finding a therapist, you're also given the option to switch to another therapist if you feel the need to do so. I love the therapist I found and I like the way the platform works. After being a therapist for over a decade and working in direct practice with people in the helping field over 20 years, I have finally found a place where I am not overworked nor underpaid. After working for employers who took the bigger piece of the cake while I got the smaller piece for the work I did, I decided it was time for a change. I decided I would work for myself, and was a little exhausted thinking about it at first. I knew I wanted all of the cake for the work I do, but wasn't sure if I would find a situation where I got that. Once I found Grow Therapy, all other options failed in comparison. There is a very small piece of the cake Grow Therapy will take from what I earn but this is rare. I finally found a place where I get 99% of the cake for the work that I do. Grow Therapy is fair and helpful in all aspects of my practice. They do the tasks that I am not as good at like credentialing, billing and scheduling. What is even better is that they do not charge me to do those things and I still get 99% of my cake. In some instances, they do all of those things that I am not as good at, and I get 100% of my cake. I hope by now you have figured out cake is equivalent to income. With Grow Therapy I get my cake and eat it too. Grow Therapy isn't just good at all of the things I am not. They are innovators at making the process of doing therapy from intake through discharge simple, thorough and complete. I have been doing required paperwork for decades and never have I ever found a system as complete and simple as they way Grow Therapy has their resources, provider pages and paperwork. I never thought I would say this again about an employer, but I think I found my forever place. I know from the evidence I have seen in my few months with Grow Therapy I can say that this is my forever place with complete confidence. The work to life balance is fantastic and the only person who I check in with about my availability is me. No one is looking over my shoulder and counting my productivity. Grow Therapy sticks with you no matter how many hours you work. All I have to worry about now is doing the stuff I am good at like therapy and doing quality record keeping and patient care. I feel very blessed to have found Grow Therapy. I never again will say I am overworked and underpaid. I am paid fairly and finally have a life balance that I have never experienced with any other business. If you are hesitant to switch, I get that. I was too, at first. But I want to tell you, if I had the knowledge I had now when I was first making a change, I would've made it sooner. Out of my life choices so far in terms of career moves, this by far has been my best choice ever.

I have had exposure to multiple therapists in multiple platforms - Grow Therapy has been my favorite thus far. You can choose your own therapist and schedule your own appointments and your therapist actually responds to you. It's like having the benefits of going to a B&M office but completely virtual and at your finger tips!

The interface is uncomplicated. Setting up payments is easy. The Audio and Video streaming are generally pretty reliable.
