Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I was look for a Christian based therapist and I found exactly who I was needing. I was skeptical at first, which was understandable.. I mean I was looking for therapy lol. But I am glad I finally went and made the decision and to choose growtherapy. The profiles of each therapist is well done. And I am also very happy with the therapist I chose. The client dashboard is also very simple, but informative.

I feel safe knowing I have Dr Brady and my current OCD therapist. I feel like we connect very well and knowing the fact that both of my therapists stay connected with my progress is very beneficial and very useful.

Amazing Experience! I just started with Grow Therapy a few sessions ago, but they matched me with the PERFECT therapist for my needs! I have been in the mental health system for over thirty years and have yet to find a therapist who can meet my needs until Grow and Benita James! I have already taken steps to grow and become more balanced, and I look forward to more sessions! I would recommend Grow Therapy to everyone! They hit the nail on the head with my therapist! I have been waiting since January to find a therapist who can meet my needs, and I am SO thankful I found them!
