Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Grow Therapy is amazing it’s helped me so much and I will continue to use it!

It's really easy to look through the list of therapists; very user friendly. It's was also very convenient once I picked a therapist to determine if my insurance was accepted by that therapist. I personally appreciate the text messages reminding if that my appointment is coming up. It's pretty easy to follow the link via email/phone to connect with the therapist.

Grow is awesome! What an amazing platform, Grow makes finding and connecting with a therapist an easy, manageable task, as opposed to the difficulties of traditional ways of trying to find a provider. I won't be back in therapy without Grow and its many filters to find exactly who fit my needs.

I am really excited to start as a contractor with Grow Therapy. I have found this company to be very supportive, responsive, they offer an excellent system for therapists, and their pay is very attractive.

Having easy accessibility makes a huge difference in the busy lives of adults.

I am a clinical psychologist with the company. GrowTherapy provides a lot of help and encouragement for the task of building one's practice. They seem to strive to make themsevles available to answer questions and are always very respectful. Although they rely mostly on patients to independantly find me through a search of, say, PsychologyToday.com, I have not been disappointed at all with the number of referrals I've received thus far.
