Note: We are paid a small bonus to post our review here. Hence the many reviews on all sites for Grow, but not for other therapy platforms. I have been carrying a small caseload with BetterHelp for about a year and am tired of the insulting pay I receive there. I looked into 6-8 different platforms for expanding my practice. Fortunately, there are a ton of platforms offering support with insurance credentialing and billing. Grow seems to be about the middle of the pack in terms of compensation. That said, they have the best platform I have seen. Grow's EMR has note templates that auto populate with info from the client's intake form and/or previous notes, which makes note taking a breeze! Other platforms, like SonderMind, have a blank slate to create each note. They have great support for therapists and clients and are available by chat during business hours. They are open to feedback for changes and are expanding in the coming weeks to have their own video system embedded in the platform, so there will be no need to use an external video system. I cannot speak to number of referrals received, as I am just getting started. That said, they set up a Psychology Today page for me for free, and they heavily market in my state. I'm excited to expand my therapy practice with Grow!

Simple and efficient

Grow therapy so far has been such an awesome support. From billing/credentialing to referrals and community connection, I am excited to grow my practice with them.

I wish there was an easier/ faster way to get into the messages with your therapist. Maybe a little icon instead of going into the menu and maybe a way to set notifications for a new message. Also, it would be great if we could schedule multiple sessions in one go instead of one at a time.

My therapist Kevin Thornton empowers me as a patient by directing me to plan more as I navigate through life. He also challenges me to improve my reactions to disappointments in daily life.

From what I have seen you have people in your employ that are caring, honest and goal oriented.

Sometimes I find that they send me emails that are incorrect, such as "this session was cancelled" and dates that are wrong and require me to follow up with my provider. Otherwise everything else is good.

I love how easy it is to login to the portal and to connect with your therapist before sessions. The reminders 48 hours before sessions are also nice.
