Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. It's easy to use and pretty straight forward, however it would be nice to choose the amount you want to pay at a time when paying a balance.

Great team, reliable, easy to reach and guide you through steps.

This app seems to create a good hub for all information and uses to reside. However there was and seems to still be issues with the video conferencing and the use of Bluetooth headphones. Sometimes it will not register they are in use and suddenly switch to the phone speaker. The other issue is not having multiple reminders about the appointment. I believe you get a 48 hour, 24 hour and maybe a 1 hour reminder. Sometimes I do not receive the 1 hour. A 5 minute text reminder would be helpful as well.

I found a therapist that was right for me rather quickly. So far everything has been great

Y'all send too many emails and reminders. Also, I shouldn't have to provide constant feedback. Just take my money and leave me alone.

I love Grow Therapy, I feel it is an easy to use platform with quality providers. My biggest complaint is that you can only put one insurance in to be processed which when you have two it leads to a hold up and a questioning of what you end up paying.
