If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. My therapist uses Grow Therapy for her billing. I received a very threatening email stating that they were going to deduct a self-pay fee from my account and cancel my upcoming appointments because my insurance company denied the claim. My insurance company did not receive a claim for the date in question and has paid claims prior to and after this therapy appointment. However, it is impossible to speak to anyone at Grow. You can only use their chat bot or email. I have been trying to resolve this issue for weeks and still no resolution and no therapy. I have decided to find another therapist. Update: Still having problems with Grow. I just received a notification that they billed my account for a service that occurred in May. It should not take over 90 days to bill for something, especially when my insurance will not pay for claims that are older than 90 days. I attempted to reply to the email they sent me, but it was not a working email. Very inconvenient and non transparent biller.
