I feel that the counselor listens and…
I feel that the counselor listens and gets me. I am looking for solutions and we are working to figure that out.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I have a friend who works for Grow Therapy and I was happy to take her recommendation to seek treatment in psychiatric care which has fewer and fewer medical resources (the number of psychiatrists) in many states.

Grow therapy has changed my life in ways I am really grateful for. They have such a large scale of providers worldwide...with different years of experience and different skill sets that helps tailor to your needs and to your therapy. The fact that most of the providers are virtual is a GOD send/ adds flexibility to your life schedules. I would recommend Grow Therapy to anyone who wants to heal trauma or change the way they live and view life .
