Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Grow therapy is easy to use and matched me with the perfect therapist. I'm very thankful I found this platform!

I found out about Grow through Zocdoc and honestly, it was the best decision I've made when it comes to taking care of my mental health. My therapist is open minded and is always willing to listen to me but also willing to challenge me when I need it. I will ALWAYS recommend Grow Therapy to anyone who asks about it. What's also nice is that they accept a wide variety of insurance and will give you options to find someone in your state so you won't have to worry about time zones.

As I mentioned to Wayne, I was aware of my very relaxed body language when we are meeting. I find that when he makes suggestions I can hear them and not feel that I am being judged. I was not sure what I would get out of therapy but I find I am learning some very good skills to use in life.

Thank you for making it possible to find such wonderful doctors. Great platform. Please take good care of your doctors, you need them more than they need you.

Never thought I would be one to say I find my therapy helpful, but I find it very helpful because she is so great and open minded. She listens! Grow therapy should get an app so I can receive reminders and notifications :)
