Terrible therapist
Terrible therapist. They quoted $30-$60 and just got my bill for $150! One measly session of under an hour was $150! That is with insurance! It’s such a scam! Do not use this company! They don’t care about you only your money. They lie in their ads and they over charge!!

No common sense is used
If a provider has a problem with this platform there is no way to resolve any issues. People don't know how to use their vocal cords now adays. The Growbot they use is useless!!!!!

They are not trustworthy
They are not trustworthy. They said the provider accepted my insurance and then billed me as self pay. When I disputed they said the provider was out of network per my insurance but the claim was never submitted to my insurance. They are fraudulent and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card.

The horror of Grow Therapy
The therapists are amazing. They are the best I have ever had. The company, however, is a nightmare. If you have a billing or insurance question don't expect a resolution. Your request will be addressed via robot chat. So, you type your issue repeatedly until you are finally chatting with a live person. There is NO phone number for customer service regardless how serious your problem might be. The live chat person usually gives you the incorrect information, so you have to continually contact them. I don't know whether they note the accounts because you have to reiterate the problem over and over again because the last person you chatted with did nothing to help you. Be diligent! Co-pays are often billed because they are incompetent and don't care to check your insurance information. I don't know whether the great therapist is worth the stress and frustration of having to deal with this horrible company.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I scheduled an appointment and went back to switch the time. It said that my password was incorrect. How when I saved it. I then went to reset my password and never recieved an email to reset it. I contacted the only way to get in touch wit someone and they were not able to help either. They take your money if you are late for an appointment or have trouble logging on. There isn't a supervisor to speak to.

Just a paycheck
They are more worried about getting their check, rather than your mental health. If you miss a payment (in my case, my card had expired and I hadn't updated it yet), they will cancel all upcoming appointments and refuse service.... poor structure for someone who is "there" for those who struggle mentally.... very poor quality.

Terrible experience
Friday they emailed me a hour before my appointment saying they “messed up” and my provider doesn’t take my insurance, a provider I had seen 3 times now and built a relationship with. Since they “messed up” they’re not charging me for my previous appointment or that days appointment. I talked to her and she said she definitely takes Kaiser insurance. I had to have them call me by writing through an ai chat bot because you apparently can’t call them anymore! The lady on the phone says it’s happened with multiple other Kaiser patients, and that she believes it’s a system error that’s she’s taking down names and info and that they’ll call me back next week. It’s now next week. I do the ai chat bot bull crap again so someone can call me. She tells me my therapist takes Kaiser NorCal not Kaiser self funded (not sure if that’s true). AND that I have a balance of $200 for Fridays appointment. I told them to see me in court because I have an email saying I don’t have to pay that.
