Doc in boxes are unreliable, unresponsive and neglectful
While very few prescribing physicians actually respond(10 days for one for a response and to finally fill the scripts from our appointment 10 days later), out of medicine 8 days with another, another couldn't prescribe meds in my state so I drove to pick them up and the pharmacy couldn't get a response ( neither could I) to correctly order a medication that was not sublingual as she had written. Never got it, no responses. This is a second job for these providers, most do not have physical offices, not are they held responsible for there lack of actions and response. No one to cover if they're sick or away... you just wait at their mercy to reply. Still hoping to find a good one, but I have my doubts. Searching my insurance to find an actual office worth other staff members requires responsibility. All medication prescribers I've had lack responsibility and do whatever they want, but should be held accountable through their professional code of conduct. My mental health has declined in my search for a responsive doctor who can do her job for 3 months no luck. They should all respond and write medications and send then over to the pharmacy. This should be a requirement for Grow to verify their accountability because they have none. Asking for reviews after a couple visits isn't ideal. Can't leave reviews for those I've never left a review for because it wasn't asked and I can't choose to do so. So many providers who have great reviews, like mine did, must c have been reviewed first couple sessions. Complaints should be able to be filed anytime on this site. That would hold them accountable to provide responses to criticism, patient neglect and abandonment. Oh, and I've had my appointment time changed a couple times by a provider hours before an appointment changing it to a different time without any communication whatsoever! They all seem to be a doc in a box that can't deliver standard of care. Grow... change and allow reviews after 5, 10 and future visits. Ask occasionally and let your clients ( patients) be able to be heard and make complaints if the patient's needs are intentionally not being met. You're not accurately reflecting these providers care within the first couple visits and it's harmful to patients who desperately need their medication and appointments. Please make changes and be patient advocates.
