Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Our daughter (16) has been working with Brooke for about 2 months now. Literally has been the best experience. Our daughter looks forward to her meetings and has made such great growth in a short time. We were really struggling with communication and she was struggling to express feelings which led to her shutting down and frustration by all. Brooke has given her/us tools and info that has not only helped her but our entire family communicate better. Was definitely hesitant and sceptic about online counseling but we were desperate and it has been the best decision for us.

Dr. Baheia is AMAZING! We have been going to Dr. Baheia for couples counseling for a little over a month, and our relationship has become so strong! We started out feeling frustrated, resentful, and concerned, and now I couldn't feel more secure and proud of us. She has an authentic way of getting you to release what is bothering you and provides amazing strategies to build on the challenges we were going through. She provided us with empowering examples to practice. She is open-minded, warm, and uses humor to make tough situations easier to deal with.

My therapist is authentic and relatable. Our sessions are conversational instead of interrogation. I feel nurtured, supported, and encouraged. Not examined or judged. This has allowed me to grow in my efforts of change.

Very good. He is a Christian based counselor that listens, which is rare in these times. He gives direction and follow up the next week is always there
