Need based service. I feel seen. I am grateful to have found them.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I just love my therapist. She makes me smile. She’s generally concerned about me. I just love her.

Grow Therapy has been a game-changer for me. My therapist is captivating, caring, articulate and very helpful. This platform helped make the care I need affordable and approachable. If you're on the fence about trying them, take the first step. You won't regret it.

From the start, I felt extremely comfortable with John. He has a very calm and down to earth persona about him.

I am great full I foundGrow Therapy. Emails informing me of payments, appointments, feedback of progress and what’s on my mind, are helpful and not overwhelming. Javier M. whom I chose to talk to, has listened, asked questions and made suggestions. He is professional, yet kind and open. I plan on continuing sessions.

Adam was very friendly and intentive as well as respectful and non judgemental of what we talked about. He listened and gave me exersises to help with my anxiety to practice at home to use when I feel my self having a panic attack. He was very easy to talk to and showed concern and I felt he really cared about what I was going through.

Jason at Amyx Counseling does a fantastic job getting to the root cause of the help that is needed and being there to help my child be the best version of himself.
