I met with three different therapists and each of them was not qualified and knowledgeable to diagnose my needs. They almost always ended the sessions early and they would charge me with a no show fee just because I joined 5 minutes late and sent me a message that they cannot meet with me. When I told them I had a busy schedule and was running late they did not seem to care. Even when I contacted Grow Therapy to dispute the charge, they were not much help and the fee was still charged to my account. They made me feel worse each time as they would not remember what we spoke about in the previous session and it was like starting all over again. 100% would not recommend.

Likely the worst therapuetic experiences I've ever had, and I've been in therapy a while. I tried 3 different practitioners on this platform. All were incompetent and undertrained. One demanded I complete additional paperwork and square away payment details I already submitted for the entirety of my first session while I was in a mental health crisis. She felt like a car salesman. The 2nd prescribed me a medication after 15 minutes of speaking with me that gave me severe adverse effects. The third cancelled 1 hour before our first session because "something came up". I'm SO discouraged by this process as I've been seeking care for a while and my mental health is in shambles. Working with Grow therapy has only made it worse.

Grow therapy is a total rip off!! They charged me 3 times after I cancelled with them. Be careful your not over charged or charged for a no show appt and I tried disputing the charges with grow but they were no help! They told me that I needed to contact my provider to dispute the charges. Absolutely nonsence!

I’ve been using Grow therapy for a few months now. In that time, every interaction has been disappointing. They consistently book my appointments a couple of days apart instead of weeks/month. They will charge you if you cancel these overbooking appointments so you have to be diligent. I have two prescriptions and they forgot to refill one of those. Any convenience in telehealth is lost by the constant babysitting.

Grow Therapy provides terrible customer service It is is very, very difficult to reach anybody at the company, there is no customer service phone number, no technical service phone number and no the billing phone number and they have recently changed their services e-mail address with no warning or notice. They depend very heavily on chatbots which have limited capability. Seems customer service is least important to this company. Additional information requested by the company about there service: six weeks ago some change occurred with now prevents access to my account and my doctor through the Grow Therapy app. Now when I click the link that is supposed to take me to my doctors page it goes to a general landing page asking if I’d like to set an appointment as if I was a new account. Additionally notifications about scheduled sessions are supposed to be sent to the primary account holder and to two care givers. Again, this was set up 6 weeks ago and was never implemented. I’ve been trying to reach the billing department for over a month now to address a consistent co-pay billing which should not apply to this dual coverage account. I send email messages to the address they supply asking for someone from billing to call or contact me. Total silence, no response. It is beyond understanding how a service company representing medical professionals can provide NO customer service beyond very limited chatbot interaction with the doctors patients. In response to the 12/22 reply, the very issue is the patient portal IS NOT WORKING and not connected to my doctor’s page. Just by your response and failing to call me with effort to rectify your poor customer service prove the point, don’t you agree!!!

Customer support is Non-Existent. I’ve been awaiting a supervisor who can explain how I was billed $600 in one month with weekly sessions. I keep getting tossed around from one chat to another. There is no phone number, no accountability. Awful practices and no shame in robbing faithfully paying clients at the holidays. $600 to a single parent means no groceries for my kids. I’ve supplied evidence since last week with no resolution. Grow Therapy does not care about anyone. Sad because the therapists I’ve seen have been amazing.

Possibly worst teleconference app I've ever seen. Terrible sound issues as well as selecting check boxes required to progress in the call connectivity process, among other issues making this frustrating and useless. I've had countless students and clients that could program a better app than this. Ever consider hiring real, talented programmers? Perhaps a couple of 3rd graders that can produce a great, quality product that works?

I started seeing a therapist earlier this year and everything was going okay for the most part, but after a while I started noticing that she was self-disclosing too much during my sessions. In my opinion, sharing that much personal information is unprofessional and borderline unethical. She also came across as very judgmental, which made me uncomfortable and made it hard for me to be honest. The worst part happened a few weeks ago. I went onto the app to switch the day of my appointment because I was going out of town. For whatever reason, it ended up cancelling the appointment instead. My therapist then messaged me and basically went off on me. I tried several times to explain that I did not intend to cancel the appointment and was completely willing to keep it. She accused me of wasting her time and claimed I wasn’t acknowledging when I was late or cancelled—which wasn’t true at all. We went back and forth for a while until I finally told her I was done and would be cancelling future sessions. I shouldn’t have to deal with a therapist who accuses me of things I didn’t do and then argues with me After canceling with my first therapist, I went back to look for a new one. I found someone who seemed promising and fit my criteria. But our first session was incredibly awkward—she barely spoke, and it honestly felt like she didn’t have a personality. I don’t understand why she expected me to carry the entire conversation. I need a therapist who gives feedback and offers tools to help me grow. I decided to give her another chance, and wow… it was even worse than the first time. She wasn’t paying attention, and when I shared something personal, she didn’t offer any feedback at all. Instead, she just asked if I wanted to talk about anything else. When I told her I didn't know what else to talk about she ask me if I wanted to end our session early which I agreed. I don’t see the point of being a therapist if you’re not going to actually help your client.After these experiences, I probably won’t use Grow Therapy again.
