It's a great app to help you find the right counselor for you
It's a great app to help you find the right person for you. I've even recommended it to a person I work with. I hope growtherapy knows how glad I am that I find them

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I feel like Dr. Rodriguez is very receptive to what I’m saying. I feel like she has enough experience that when I have a problem, explaining myself, she can help get my point across

Very clean website. Easy to navigate. My only gripe is there's no app for android users unless I missed something...

GrowTherapy is definitely a great company and I feel that they TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS & im truly blessed ive had the privilege to find a great medication management doctor with them and I hope she can stay helping me unless it is your job to take over my medication treatment once i start sessions with you. I’m do not know 100% how that works but obviously we’ll all figure that out in due time .

"This platform is so easy to use, and I truly appreciate that they take insurance and handle the legwork for you. That’s what real customer service looks like—lifting the burden off patients so we can focus on healing instead of worrying."
