One major is online
One major is online, you don;t have leave your house, and it can anytime of the day.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Great platform.

Easy to find a provider and log on for sessions. Pain Points for me have been trying to switch to a new provider was more work than expected and the ability to add EAP to my account is a headache. Hate how I can't add the EAP document to my account on my own beforehand and just hit a notification button that let's the billing team know to review, approve and add the code to my account. Going back and forth with the team takes too much of my time.

I like my therapist. He is very sincere. I just wish it was in person.

Take a moment for yourself and go talk to Pam. Well worth the time and effort.

I've been contracting with Grow Therapy over the last couple weeks. I'm overall pleased with the experience thus far; especially the ease of handling documentation and submitting claims. The Grow Therapy community seems to be a supportive one; where they value communication and community support among the therapists that contract with them. Pros Onboarding is an easy process with fairly quick credentialing (first insurance company within the first month & a few more shortly thereafter. I received my first two clients the week after setting up my profile on the platform. They also pay for the cost of having a Psychology Today profile. Its also nice to have a running total of claim amounts filed; giving you a consistent account of what you should be getting paid (I've not yet worked with Grow long enough to receive my first payment.). Cons Its important to have realistic expectations regarding referrals. There doesn't seem to be a consistent flow of referrals. However, keep in mind that referrals are based on multiple considerations; some of which may be limiting. As for reimbursement rates, there seems to be a significant difference (approximately $30) between a 90834 and 90837 for several of the insurance plans that are accepted. As I'm new to private practice, this reimbursement difference may not be unusual.

Good at finding a Dr. and/or therapists for you but it’s very difficult, but helpful when you get it, to access customer service on line for specific or unique matters. .
