Ordered self defense stun pen and received BBQ lighter. They first faked tracking number showing item is coming from US. When item got stuck they provided another tracking number showing it's coming from China. It was a BBQ lighter. They refused to refund!! Paypal also collaborates with them and takes their side by saying "you received your item" no matter that it's not what I ordered. Returning it would generate extra cost for me. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

This company does not even deserve one star. SCAM SCAM!!!! Was up-charged a tax fee AFTER order was placed. EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT!!!! Reported to PayPal and they refused to help! Company apparently responded to PayPal but only responded to me with a generic email. Live chat is nonexistent!!! Eventually received the product and what a joke…cheap and no where near close to what was advertised. STAY away!!!!

This company sent out tracking to make it look like the product was on it's way. I am still trying to get my money back after 5 and a half weeks. I am working with my bank to get a refund as the growhabity "support group" is absolutely no help and very misleading. Avoid this company at all costs!!

After weeks of waiting ferns arrived today. They look like little plastic fern stems you can get from the dollar store. Nothing at all like advertised. Am waiting to see if customer service replies. Should have read these reviews first. Since submitting this review customer service has replied saying they sent what I ordered and offering a $4 refund. I have initiated PayPal claim as this is clearly false advertising

So disappointed in this order. Like the others, these ferns are a joke. They are individual fern stems you could get at the dollar store. The customer service team is zero help and I’m out almost $70. Expensive lesson learned!

Ordered artificial ferns, they looked really realistic in the advertising but very plastic paper cheap looking when I got them. A lot of back and forth with their crappy customer service. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Stay away!

Ok I had already posted a negative review. I’m gonna have to eat some crow here. After 5 weeks and terrible automated customer service my ferns actually arrived. The 2 together make a very big fern. Not plastic more fabric feel. I like the ferns…. But tbh I don’t think I’d order again…. I tracked my order all over the country … I had given up.

Nothing like the photos. The cheapest plastic with awful smell that took many weeks to arrive. Total scam
