Scam! Stay away from this company! They do not send product that is shown in their ads. Growhabity should be taken down as it is fraudulent advertising.

Colour is totally off; ferns are cheap and small; waited since March 2024 to have the order fulfilled. Will never purchase from these people EVER again. I asked for a refund asap!

Ordered 3/30, still haven’t received my order. I have contacted customer service and waiting on a response. I am going to let PayPal know the merchandise never arrived. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. Don’t waste your time or money!

Received my 1 bundle of ferns more than a month after I ordered them. They appeared to travel around the US from China before eventually arriving in Canada. There is a significant difference in what they advertise in comparison to what you receive. The single bundle is not large enough to fill a pot, it looks like half a fern. They send them to you in a small bag all crumpled up. The video on the website shows them being unboxed and fluffed up by waving them around , this is not possible. In regards to the quality they are a brighter green than suggested and although somewhat nice very plastic looking when up close. Initially when contacting them about their very generic tracking company I received bot answers. Eventually I received a personal email. I will not be wasting my money by ordering another bundle which is required to create a single plant.

I ordered on March 21st 2024 and finally got them yesterday 5/2/2024, after complaining to Pay Pal. They are not the size they advertized. It would take a boxfull of them to make what they advertized. Trying to get them to respond and refund my money but no luck so far. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
