Complete scam! Spent $80 on 4 “silk” ferns and got plastic very bright green dollar tree quality product. Trying to initiate a claim with PayPal as this a false advertisement. NOTHING like the advertisement. I will also attempt to get a refund from the company as well but I’m not going to hold my breath. They overcharged me to begin with and it took 3 weeks for that refund. Ordered March 23 and recd from China May 3

Don’t waste your money! Ordered the Ferns, nothing but Chinese BS junk! The only similarity is the color green! This company is a scam. Save your money.

Ordered on March 24, received on May 2nd. Not at all like the photos posted online. It’s ridiculous. A total of 16 stems of various sizes. Not adjustable at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THE FERNS I ORDERED ARE GARBAGE, THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THEY ADVERTISE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM BY EMAIL FOR A FEW WEEKS FOR A RETURN AND THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR PRODUCTS BEING SOLD BY THEM

I ordered ferns that took almost a month to arrive. Once they were received, they were MUCH smaller than the picture. I have requested a refund but have been told to send pictures. I questioned sending pictures but they said they needed pictures to see what the problem is. I sent the picture and haven't heard one word from them and it's been at least a week. Do not order from this company.

The only positive remarks: Updates on product tracking great!!!! The wrapping of the fern branches were the best of the product. DONT BUY!!!! GO to the dollar store, save money!!! Total disappointment.

Advertised "UV Resistant Lifelike Boston Ferns" Product received is cheap looking and nowhere near what was advertised (color, fullness, etc.) Company completely uncooperative in returning this garbage for refund. Looks like I am stuck with a grossly inferior product which I would be too embarrassed to display in my home. CHEAP LOOKING CHINESE JUNK!!!!!

Scam. Do not order. Product is not what it advertises and company refused to return my money. Stated the following… We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction. But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard. Sorry for what happened. We really tried our best to solve this for you. We are so sorry that you don't like our product. This will be reported to our manufacturers for improvement I paid 40.00. They offered 6.00 for refund
