He went above and beyond letting me know that I am going to have to wait what's going to feel like an eternity to get your product. Well hell it's my birthday and I didn't tell him. Had our first issue with a weeping valve on our 25 gallon reservoir. Was able to chat with Alvin Seville at 6 pm in the evening, attached a requested photo, gave him our order number, and he said 24-48 hours... not much more you can ask for. Thanks Alvin!
