I have had the best experience with grow ace time and time again but I must say today this last experience has far exceeded the rest Regina has spent a good part of her day helping me to solve my deficiency problem and not only figuring it out but advising me what to do To fix my issues, I could not be more grateful than I am right now we all as cannabis growers know some of the difficulties we can occur and the frustration that comes with that I feel like I have my own personal grow trainer at my disposal with grow ace :) Each of my experiences in contact the grow ace team has brought me peace of mind thank you to all of you for what you do and for the time you provide in helping all of us newbies I feel like I could Not do it without you and my personal thank you to Regina for helping me today. if I could hug you I would, and a happy new year to you all. grow ace has the worst customer service and you will not get your order and they will jerk you around! check their reviews!!!

Would not buy from this company they only sent me half my stuff no help just horrible

I ordered a Centurion Pro Trimmer ($8k+) from GrowAce.com. It was short the tumbler, rendering it useless. We had to harvest without it, and it cost us thousands of dollars in loss. I called so many times, always having to wait 20 minutes or more to talk to someone who always said the same thing, "I will call you back within an hour". Never ever heard back from a single one of them. Ever. My first experience with them, and definitely my last. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Don’t order from them I order a controller on sept 4 never received a tracking number for this order so I called customer services 5 times and got no help just got excuses the blame put on fed ex which is total bs I will never order from this site again

Worst company ever, sent me a tent with the words GROW TENT writing down the box, customer service hung up on me twice. The tent was incomplete missing parts and to top everything off they want me TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING!!! Don’t purchase from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took 6 weeks to get my full order for a grow kit, despite the claims of orders shipped in 48 hours. Had to call several times to find out where my tent was...kept getting told it was a supplier issue. After 5 weeks I requested a refund and was offered a replacement tent they claimed was an upgrade but was actually a slightly larger but far lower quality product. Way too many others with same issue.

Bad service. Horrible shipping. Takes forever. Stay away from growace.
