Truly Restful Sleep!
I have been absolutely amazed by Grounding Official and these earthing sheets! Great communication from the moment I ordered and the product arrived beautifully packed with easy to read instructions. My first order I just started out with just (1) sheet and put it on my bed. I noticed within 2-3 weeks that both my husband and I were sleeping better. We were waking up rested and feeling better throughout the day. I have also noticed over the last couple months that the ugly spider veins in my legs are not nearly as prominent, they have faded and even seem to be shrinking in size. I just recently ordered sheets for the whole family along with pillow cases! I look forward to seeing what other benefits we will see!

Order #38631 No Shipping Updates
UPDATE: I called and a real person answered on the 2 or 3rd ring. Explanation: Product is being sent from Germany. Orders must clear customs before USPS gets a pkg to deliver. She said people should plan on an average time of 3 weeks to take delivery. They could have said so when an order is placed. I placed an order on April 30th (Order #38631) and have had the same disappointing outcome as others - no delivery of goods or even any shipping updates as of May 15th. I'm about ready to call my CC company and stop payment. Very poor customer service.

I have PTSD and Dissociation
I have PTSD with terrible dissociation. When I lay on my Grounding sheets and pillowcases, I feel instantly calmer than I normally am at a base level. I can physically feel my body relax into my bed, when for me, bed wasn’t a safe place. It was a traumatizing place that brings back horrible memories repeatedly. Because my body is able to actually start relaxing in a real bed, I’m getting better quality sleep than I probably ever have, and I’m starting to be able to think more clearly, to focus and work longer and have more tolerance for stressors throughout the day. I was surprised how quickly I noticed a difference with these sheets and pillowcases, but I also dissociate way less when I lay on them, which is wonderful, because dissociation can be quite distracting when it comes to trying to function in life. Thanks also for the prompt customer service when I wasn’t sure how long it was going to take for my order to arrive.

Very poor service based on so called 24 hour response times
I places an order #40444 on May 6 2023 and received a message stating 5-7 days express. Great. It is May 14 and although I have been given a tracking number with Canada Post JY2358100475066509 nothing is happening and no one is responding to any of my emails. Very frustrating. Please explain!!!

No Shipping information given
5/15 I have been waiting since April 24 and have not received an estimated shipping date. Order #37880 5/18Well, I did finally get my product, I'm not sure I'll use them again. I had to initiate this process on Trust pilot to get any response. I emailed them directly at least 5 times and never got a response. I did change my review from 1 star to 3 stars because once they responded it was only a matter of a few days and I received my tracking number and the product followed shortly after

Grounding mat made me very ill
I ordered a grounding sheet on 04/11. I received the item on 04/26. I experienced anxiety, nausea, and other uncomfortable symptoms from using the grounding sheet. I had to stop using it. It was unbearable. I emailed support on 05/01 requesting instructions to return the item. I received an email later that day suggesting that these were detox symptoms. (I do not drink alcohol, caffeine, smoke, or eat sugar). I asked them a second time to provide information to return the item. I received no response. On 05/03 I called the support line provided 855-533-0386 and spoke with Crystal who refused to provide me the address to return the item. I sent a third email to support requesting return information. Then I posted the issue here on TrustPilot and received the below response from Sophia who was kind enough to grant me a full refund for my grounding sheet. I received a refund for the item on 05/05. RESPONSE TO SOPHIA: Thank you for your timely response. I appreciate that. We were not in communication yesterday. It was 2 days ago. I DID confirm two days ago that I would like to move forward with a refund. I have forwarded you a copy of the second email requesting a refund. I sent a third email this morning and called the customer service line. I appreciate the timely refund. Thank you for stepping in and providing me the assistance I needed.

Grounding Sheets are Legit!
We’ve had these sheets for about five days now and every night we have slept on them. We have slept the whole night through me and my wife are super pleased and grateful to have found these. Getting into bed at night we feel so cozy and fall asleep fast. We try to ground ourselves as much as possible walking outside barefoot, but with the busy work schedules and daily lives, we are unable to get as much grounding as we would like. With these sheets, we are able to be grounded for at least eight hours a day while we sleep. They have been a total game changer so far and we can’t wait to see the results long-term.
