The missing link to good health
Firstly, great company and great customer service.
After receiving my grounding sheet, I’m happy that it feels so much softer and is more comfortable than it looks.
After one night using this technology, I woke up early and felt fully rested (unheard of for me, I easily sleep until noon without an alarm and I’m always groggy). My partner on the other hand was able to sleep in and he’s usually up prematurely.
What this tells me is that grounding may have the ability to regulate an individual’s specific imbalances. Incredible. Can’t wait to see how I feel after a few weeks.. months… years..

Updated: the mislead doesnt seem to be intentional
Edit: the customer service for this product is EXCELLENT. I did eventually receive my sheets (along with a refund) and while the recipient hadn't had enough time to tell if they work for them (bought as a gift), they are quality sheets that I'd use regardless. I see too they've updated their ordering site to let people know these are coming from Germany, so had I known, I would have had more patience. I'll update again if I get a good functional review, but customer service alone brings this way up!! Not a normal thing these days, unfortunately.
When I placed my order it said ships in 1-2 days. It's been two weeks and tracking says my order is not yet received by usps and indicates it came from Stockton California. Order 60437 said it's on its way on 7/27. Unfortunately I ordered as a gift and the gift day is well over. The bait and switch on shipping makes me question the quality of the product....really bummed.

In this particular case, your order is now with USPS, and as of today, it is at the SALT LAKE CITY DISTRIBUTION CENTER. We use a dual courier system and ship products from Germany, so sometimes there can be unexpected delays, such as those arising from U.S. custom services.

Bye Gout. Sheets are soft
Bought the sheets in Dec 2023 to help prevent my husband’s constant very painful gout flares. I am extremely glad I did. Ever since we used this product, my husband has very few and less painful gout flares. We both believe that continuous use, his gout attacks will be a thing of the past.
For my part, I loved sleeping on it as it is so soft.

Where is my order?
I placed an order on 7/26/23. Order #61140. I have written 2 emails inquiring about my order being shipped. The last one was sent on 8/2 and I have received no response. I also opened a Paypal case. It is showing on the website that tracking is not found. It is almost two weeks since I placed my order. My credit card has been charged, yet I do not have even a tracking number. It stated when I purchased the items that tracking would be updated in 1-2 days. I would like a refund, as this is a poor way to conduct business. Thank you. I would just like to add now that the company has responded that I was NOT contacted regarding this order until after I left this review. Paypal response was not given until 4 days after the case was open and the response was the order is still in process. Even after I asked for a refund. Once this review was left, I was given a refund and responded to. 12 days after I placed my order and the item was never shipped. Thanks
