Stay Away!!! Dishonest!!!
We purchased 2 sets of sheets with hopes of gifting one of them after trying out a set for ourselves. We are dissatisfied with the product and haven’t noticed any improvement or changes. So we began the return process by emailing as they instruct one to do. After waiting days for a response, we have been told that the return policy has changed and we are responsible for the expense of the return. However, when we made the purchase the website clearly stated (and I believe it still does) that a return label would be provided. The return address is in Germany!!! I went to our local post office and the cheapest option for shipping is $91.05!! This is unacceptable!!! We have emailed a few times and placed a phone call (no one answers the customer service phone number-we left a voicemail and did not receive a return call) to express our dissatisfaction and to ask them to honor the policy that was clearly listed when we made the purchase. So far, we continue to be told that it is our responsibility. It makes no sense to pay a third of the price we paid initially. We are very unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Beware and DO NOT order this product.
