Would gladly award 5* but too many notes in default!

I have been pleasantly surprised regarding my groundfloor investments. If I have any criticism it's that the loan offerings are predominantly in GA and FL. A few other states come up but I wish their was greater coverage across the US states and regions.

Still haven't received payment on a $25,000 loan that was due about 1.5 years ago. Updates are vague "reached out to borrower." I understand wanting to work with the borrower to avoid foreclosure but I wish I had a better idea on how long groundfloor plans on letting them string us along. Will I get any of this money back in the next year? Who knows.

When things go well, it’s a great platform, but they can’t workout a loan to save their life.

Groundfloor is an outstanding investment platform. I had some inveatments go sideways(default), and Groundfloor still got my money and ROI back. 5 stars guys. Job well done.

Easy to use app

Don’t advertise to use what your expected is only to have actual be so so much less. That’s BS. You should not only insure that your richly rewarded but your clients that put up the cash should be paid some gurrantees. If a coustomer asks for 15 months and repays in 2.5 months that is false expectations from someone and early penalty’s should be added to their loans.

I've got one lro that's a month and a half past, one a month past and one that's about to "end" but I doubt I'll be paid for that too
